Appointment Booking and Cancellations

•Booking: To schedule an appointment, please use our online booking system or contact us directly. •Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. •Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a 100% charge of the service fee will apply.

Service Satisfaction

•We strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

Privacy Policy

•Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of booking and delivering services, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except for payment processing or legal compliance.

•COVID-19 Protocol: We follow all local health guidelines. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is sick. •Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for informing your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.

Liability

•Damage to Property: The Texture Experience is not liable for damage to personal belongings during your visit. •Health Concerns: By using our services, you acknowledge that you are not under any medical restrictions that would make the services unsafe for you.
